Plugin are still enabled

I setup Plugin Organizer following the directions. I'm attempting to disable certain plugins on certain pages, but it is not working. No matter how I set it, all plugins remain enabled. The PluginOrganizerMU.class.php file is correctly located in the mu-plugins folder.
One other question. I would like to disable certain plugins when editing Gravity Forms. The path is /wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&id=166 with the id being unique for each page. What is the best way to do that (once I am able to get it disabling plugins at all)?
