Cant deactivate plugin on multisite network wordpress

Hello Dev!

I need your help, I can't deactivate any plugin on the wordpress multisite network.

Tried to deactivate “spotlight Instagram feed plugin” and this is the error I got: https://imgur.com/a/NuJOvCt

Hope you can help me, I have a big project and cant restore backup :/
