backend display problem since 10.0

Hi
since updating to 10.x, there is a display issue at the backend on the global plugin and post type plugin page.

You need to clear your browsers cache and any caching plugins you have installed. This version is a major change to the CSS and JavaScript.

it turns out that that it may be the problem of the browser cache, I change the browser from chrome to firefox, then the display issue is gone.

I have the same problem with Chrome and Firefox. It works on IE 11?
